Unprofessional and UnreliableI Would give this place 0/5, however you can’t select anything lower than 1/5 stars..I made an appointment for a Sunday assessment a week before - because they have Sunday assessment spots that you can book on their website. On Friday afternoon I get a call saying ‘Why have you booked an assessment on a Sunday’, to which I said ‘Because you had Sunday spots to book on your website’, they then asked if we could come on another day. I said no unfortunately we couldn’t not in the next few weeks. So I offered to cancel the session and go somewhere else. I was told, ‘No, no, no don’t worry it will be fine, I will get someone to come in and do the Sunday assessment’. I said ‘Are you sure because I don’t want to drive out there, if no one is going to turn up’. I was categorically assured that someone would be there to so the assessment. So we drive out there on Sunday, getting there 10 mins early, as requested, only to find the owner has sent a text message to my mobile, arriving 15 minutes before the start of the session, saying that no one could do the assessment and they needed to reschedule. We were already at the tutoring centre, having driven 20 mins to get there. They did not even have the decency to call! Cancelled by text message. Very very disappointing. Needless to say, I will not be rebooking to go back.Poor service, poor organisation, not reliable at all.
