MODE GROUP Renovations and Developments

Last year Mode Renovations completed an extension to our home (extra bedroom, study and built-in shed) as well as a lovely pergola. We were absolutely wrapped with the service they provided, their work ethic, and the over-all quality and finished product.At the time, we had no idea that Corona would hit in 2020, and that the extension would become a life-line for our family with both us parents working from home, and 4 kids doing online schooling!Ryan held our hand" right from the very start. His communication was exceptional as he helped shape our ideas into a reality. His building team were fantastic. They were thoughtful and considerate to our family's needs

Ryan was recommended to me to help with the removal of a load bearing wall. All queries were responded to quickly, and the guys turned up on site when promised.They were more than happy to accommodate a couple of changes I had on the day, and the quality of work is amazing. I would highly recommend MODE to anyone looking to renovate.

Mode completed a major renovation of my Unit during the Covid-19 lockdown in Melbourne. The team listened closely to my requirements, provided thoughtful, relevant advice and were transparent & clear in their communication. The work involved removing some internal walls, including a large, load-bearing section; gutting & replacing the entire kitchen, laundry & bathroom, adding a sky window and laying down new flooring. The results are excellent, and they were a pleasure to work with.

We are return customers to Mode. 5 Years ago they built an ensuite for us, and we have now just completed a major renovation with them where we moved and updated our kitchen, laundry, bathroom and living spaces.The on-site trades people were fantastic to deal with, consulting us where issues arose and keeping us in the loop. We managed to stay in our home while the renovations were going on, and they worked around us and our kids. They swept and cleaned after each day of work, and kept the building site tidy, especially considering our children.The end result is that we have a fantastic new home to live in. We got exactly what we wanted! What impressed me most is that the head of the company came to do the final inspection, noting any details he wasn't happy with for his team to fix. These, along with the defects we noted, were corrected no questions asked.10/10 would happily work with them a third time.

I cannot recommend mode enough. Their work is excellent, they are professional, they listen to your concerns and work with you to find a solution. Their follow up customer service is also excellent. Where builders usually are not interested in hearing from you once the job is done, ryan encourages the customer to contact and follows up quickly and appropriately. Having built two houses previously , Ryan and his team outshine in every way. We will definitely use mode if we renovate or build again in the future.

My son and daughter-in-law chose MODE for their complete home construction (just before Covid) and they are really happy with their finished home. I was inspired, and felt confident that MODE would do a great job. The end product of my bathroom renovation is exactly how I had imagined it. Well, better actually. Mode created an excellent wheelchair accessible bathroom for us that was both highly practical and modern. They also returned to do some minor adjustments to hand rails when requested.

Our new updated bathroom catered to disabled people is a game-changer! As someone who has struggled with mobility issues for years, I can confidently say that this bathroom has made my life so much easier. The grab bars and non-slip flooring provide a level of safety and security that I have never experienced before. The shower bench and handheld showerhead make it easy for me to shower independently, is a game-changer. The bathroom is also spacious enough to accommodate a wheelchair, which is a huge relief. Overall, I am so impressed with the thought and care that went into designing this bathroom. It has truly made a difference in my daily life, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a safe and accessible bathroom
