More business oriented than the welbeing of patients. Ignorent GP and staff members, trying to get away with mistakes made by them by manipulating patients. This was my last visit , I'll never go there again. Things can go easily wrong at that place, and it's not a risk anyone should take when it comes to welbeing.

Good doctor but long wait because people put there name down then came back. Only 2 in the waiting room but I was waiting for over an hour.

Pretty poor service, clinic opens till 6pm, got there 5.45pm without any patients waiting and lady on the counter refused to serve me in very rude mannersTotally would not recommend this place

One of the worst GPS I’ve ever had the displeasure of needing to access regularly. Never writes more than 1 repeat of a script even if you’ve been on a PBS medication for a decade - you’re just there to rack up more bulk bills. Rarely interested in more than the quickest possible consult turn around despite a fairly empty waiting room.

As a local Enmore resident, I feel very fortunate to have First Care Medical Centre close by which I use regularly. Dr Saha was very precise with his diagnosis in his initial medical examination. I wished I visited him first rather than a doctor near where I work who misdiagnosed. This correct assessment led to excellent treatment the following week from the part-time onsite nurse who worked very hard to provide the best outcome for me. Great medical office with a friendly receptionist too. It is great I can also just walk in without a booking. From a very happy patient :)

Dr Fabian kept talking over the top of me and wouldn't let me ask a question about my own health until he'd finished his irrelevant waffle. No issues with the other doctors there

Diagnosed me without asking me any questions about my symptoms, and spoke over the top of me when I tried to ask anything. Will seek a second opinion, however the experience was generally degrading and felt very rushed.

Phoned a month ago to book my child in for his first vaccination, we arrived and receptionist just stared at me blankly, apparently no appointment in diary. No apologies, no offer of making another booking, during which she pulled her mask down and gave her nose a good scratch then touched things on her desk. Going away on holiday and can't find a vax time before we go. Guess that's why they have a 1 star review.

worst experience ever. I went there to seek medical advice about my hearth condition I started to have after the first dose of the Pfizer's Covid vaccine, but doctor's only concern was money from the first minute of the appointment. I should have checked for the reviews before going there. no need to have doctors like him in any part of the world but especially here in enmore and newtown, they must not exist at all. hope they won't last long.
