I do not recommend. They do not listen and meet residents personal medical and health requirements despite saying they can with a smile on their face. In particular the catering for individual medical dietary requirements when any deviation makes a resident ill. High staff turn over, no consistency to care.Response: Thanks for the invite of a survey. But it will get unheard just like the calls, meetings, and concerns.

Attended the gym, did program in pool. Tai chai is fantastic. Wonderful staff. In particular Julie. I will apply to go back one day. Facilities are great.Staff treated the elderly with so much respect and kindness.

I take partner here for physio which is good. But they rarely answer their phones and often fail to return messages - very frustrating. They must have a cumbersome booking system for physio - takes ages to make appointments.
