Margaret River Windscreens

If you're looking to get a car window replaced, I cannot advise against using Margaret River Windscreens strongly enough.I was quoted for a rear-window replacement in my Suzuki Grand Vitara for $280 total. Margaret River Windscreens ordered the window but upon arrival 3 business days later, they had ordered the wrong window.The following week the correct window was ordered and I was told it would be arriving in 3 business days. I dropped off my car on the day scheduled for arrival, but upon collection I was told the window was coming from further away than expected so would take another day or so to arrive.Later the following day I was contacted and told the window had arrived. I asked if I could bring my vehicle in for the window to be installed but Margaret River Windscreens said that another job would be taking priority. I was told that I could bring my vehicle in the following day and after another job that took priority over mine was complete, then they would begin working on my vehicle.I was relieved that my window had finally been replaced after a wrong window was ordered, a false alarm on when the new window would arrive, 2 other jobs taking priority over mine after the new part had arrived and at this point a 2 week wait and in the end I was charged an additional $70 for freight charges for the wrong window that was ordered, making it a total of $350. Many phone calls not answered, once when answered I was told the boss was 'talking to a friend' and was unable to speak to me.Poor, poor customer service, communication and a lack of accountability. Spend your time and money wisely and travel an extra 50km North to Busselton to have your windows fixed.

Great service went above and beyond expected, friendly service. Definitely use MR windscreens again.

Pleased with the price of replacing my windshield. The customer service was good. Had my windshield replaced within 5 days. Can't ask for more than that when replacing the windshield. Can finally continue my travels. Thank you Margarete River Windscreens

I had a leaky windscreen and Alicia (sorry if I spelt it wrong) took the time to explain how they would go about finding the problem and rectifying in several scenarios. Ryan removed the windscreen and was able to ID poorly applied sealant from the previous owners, removed and reapplied a new bead without a hitch, avoiding me significant costs without having to procure a new windscreen. Was so impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness.

Friendly professional speedy service. They were able to fit me in for an emergency windshield repair even tho they were fully booked. So much appreciated. Thank you :)
