Worst gym ever. I tried contacting Elias from November to cancel my account and was charged until Feb. After multiple calls,emails and texts, the owner hasn't processed any refunds yet. I have finally put in a complaint with fair trading.Please think twice before joining as it's not worth the hassle.

Please guys don't get membership in this gym one of the worst gym I have ever experienced. Me and my wife got membership and letter my wife for some health issues and I requested more then 100 times to cancel or suspend her membership but all failed and they deducted the fee with late surcharges too. I suggest all please don't join this gym you will regret 100%...

!!! DO NOT JOIN!!!! Still getting money taken TODAY !! Been trying to cancel for months!! Never signed a contract when I started but for some reason I’m still getting money taken out of my account when I assumed I’ve canceled via both parties the debit company and loco fit it’s self but NO money still been taking out today over $137.70 taken out when I’m not even using the facilities and assumed I’ve canceled with the countless emails and phone calls. Hopeless….

I requested many time to cancel my membership due to pregnancy they asked me to provide doctor 's certificate later on i provided the certificate and still they didn't response. I visited 5 times to solve this issue but all failed. Even till now they are deducting the fee with extra surcharges. Think 100 times before you join this gymThanks

Been trying to cancel my gym membership since april. Even though I’m on a flexible gym plan meaning no contract I was told that I have to complete an online cancellation page and then wait 30 days to cancel. Membership was supposed to end on the 30th of may and now I’m being told that it’s ending on the 30th of June even though I submit my cancellation on the 26th of april. I’m sick and tired of all this money and time being taken from me I just want to cancel this membership. Anytime I try calling it goes straight to voicemail and emailing their support email just gives me an auto reply. I didn’t want to leave a bad review but this has gone for too long and I can’t afford anymore money being taken since I don’t even use their gym anymore. Would not recommend this gym to anyone out there. If my problem isn’t resolved I will be leaving a complaint with fair trading.

How much did loco fit pay those bots to say “this gym is good, Everyone is so friendly”. I just read like 100 reviews having the same exact issue as me and which is not being able to cancel my membership even though it’s a non-lock-in contract.

Loco fit is fitted out with so much equipment.There are fitness classes.Protein shakes.Very friendly atmosphere.Great staff.
