Trevor, Nabil and the rest of their team are great. We are almost finished on a CPQ module that has been very extensive and complicated. The project has taken a few months but has progressed ahead of schedule and very efficiently. CRM Online is not only great at programming, but also great at planning and organizing the architecture of the program and has been great at helping me understand our business processes from a technology standpoint and bring our ideas and challenges into a highly efficient software solution. We struggled in the past to find a competent software development company to work with and I am happy to have met CRM Online at the Sugar CRM conference last year. Even though we are miles away (we are in Florida, USA), their service and reliability feels like they are in our back yard. We look forward to continuing to work with Trevor and his team for years to come and would highly recommend them.

Trevor Carlson and his team have been extremely resourceful to our CRM needs. In fact, we were utilizing another competitors product for years and discovered their cloud based software would eliminate two other programs, streamlining the client-to-services touch. Trevor and the CRM team worked with my team and within a week or so we were up and running. All client information was migrated over without any glitches or delays. If you are looking for an all-in-one customer satisfaction orientated organization, then you have found it with CRM Online. It has truly been a seamless process!! We asked CRM Online to develop and implement our SugarCRM system, I couldn't be happier with the system we have now. It has changed the way we do business, we are now much more efficient in our day-to-day jobs and our suppliers and customers alike all comment on the quality of service they get from our business.Nabil, Francis and Trevor all worked together to develop our very unique and complex system (also involving 3rd party apps), they rolled it out and ensured we were 100% happy before signing off on the system. We now get support from the overseas team (via email), who pretty much solve all our queries within a few days. If the overseas team have trouble with anything, I can always call the Aussie guys to sort it out.Thanks guys, great job, happy customer.

I regret buying SugarCrm - there is no good support and this company is the worst. Staff are employed overseas and cannot speak good english - I constantly repeat myself as they cannot understand me and then they tell me they will have someone call me back - nothing ever gets resolved.. stay away from SugarCRM if you cannot find a good partner as this company is the worst and we are struggling to find an Australian based company.

The CRM Online/FieldMagic team is extremely knowledgeable in their industry. I searched through several different job management softwares and CRM's trying to find one that would best fit the need for my company and it wasn't until FieldMagic that I found everything I was looking for. My sales representative, Trevor, has been very diligent in helping getting my account set-up and answering any questions as soon as possible even though we are on a 13 hour time zone difference. Definitely recommend!
