Needed some work done on my guttering, but they advised that it should be covered under builders warranty. They could have easily charged me thousands but instead spent a lot of time looking at various problems and explaining it so that I could deal with the builder. Didn't charge me anything. Honest, trustworthy and generous guys.

We are so glad that Jesse helped us to replaced our hot water system and taught us how to maintain it in the future. He also fixed our rainwater tank pipes issues, installed a new powerful motor with the tap that make a lot easier to use. He is experienced, friendly and honest. Ben came out to our house to quote for repairs to our leaking roof. He seemed like a very nice man but, unfortunately, we never heard from him again despite several attempts to contact him. If he didn’t want to help us he could have just been honest and said so!

Jesse's service is worth 6 stars! I called them to come to give me a quote for our leaking roof. I expected they would just come for quotation only because I was told they had been fully booked for the next 7 weeks. But after arrival Jesse actually fixed the leaking right away WITHOUT CHARGING ME! Jesse also was very kind to help remove our plastic cover and titles from our roof that we temporarily used to cover the leaking roof. I highly recommend Jesse and will definitely use them for our other roof job in the future.

More than a year ago, Jesse and the team installed new gutters and downpipes, and cleaned, repaired and painted my roof. The service was very good despite the challenges of COVID. Jesse and the whole team, were great to deal with. Jesse gave very helpful advice about the downpipes and fascias. They provided a competitive quote.The team was prompt, worked hard, cleaned up well, and were very patient and informative with my questions.There were a couple of small issues with leaking behind the fascia and some loose flashing, but their follow up customer service was good, and the issues were resolved without cost or fuss. The roof etc looked great at install and looks as good as new today. Have not had any leaks or issues with the wind and heavy rain. Very happy to recommend Jesse, Ash and his team.
