I first met Rachael in the early 2000’s when I worked at a reputable horse training centre. It was just Rach and a double horse float. After a local transporter hit my horse with a broom and left 5 minutes after arriving without even trying, leaving my horse very afraid and spooked, I called Holgate's Prestige Transport. I was greeted by a lovely lady who assured me that her husband could deliver my horse that day, for a very competitive price, actually cheaper than the abusive companies rates, and that they would take the time to load him carefully.I received a call from Graham to let me know he was picking the horse up, then a call to say he was almost at the drop off point. My gelding was delivered and he was calm, happy and had no issues at all. I have a video on facebook showing his arrival. Graham was pleasant, kind and careful when unloading, and I must say the whole experience was wonderful, especially after the nightmare company we used the previous day.
