On Friday 18/10/19 I rang and ordered 10kgs of chlorine to be delivered. I was told it would arrive that afternoon for $7.00 which was fine. They took my phone number at the time. Chlorine did not arrive and no phone call as to why. Shame as I was going to use them to clean my pool. I now have chlorine from another shop and have contracted them to clean my pool. No more Pool Centre Palm Beach for me.

Outstanding customer service. Went in for a part and they went up and beyond. Also pls note that pool acid is $3 cheaper than bigger chains. Highly recommend this Pool shop in Palmy.

I've used this shop over a number of years and the service has always been OK. Parked in one of their reserved" spaces today as I had some business at a nearby restaurant which is also on the "reserved" spaces list. I was a bit longer than expected and when I came back to get in my car I was confronted by a woman who just screamed at me that I had blocked access for her TRUCK??. She refused to listen to my side of the story
