Sadly our family car decided to die and it was just lucky it decided to die right out the front of A1. The service that they provided us with was exceptional, not only did they look at the car and explain to us what had gone wrong, they were open and honest (which can be hard to come by).We had our beautiful 1 week old baby in the car with us and the team went the extra mile to ensure he was safe from the heat and that we as a family got home safely. This beautiful family run business is what real customer service is about and I thank them for what they did for us!

I have been using the team from A1 Muffler & 4x4 Centre to service and modify my 2007 Toyota Prado for over 10 years.When I was planning my Simpson desert crossing for June this year I travelled over 400 kilometres to get to their new workshop at Maitland so they could check it over and do some upgrades in preparation.Thanks to their help and attention to detail I made the crossing with no problems at all.I highly recommend these guys if you need the job done right the first time.
