Was treated rudely by receptionist and con the mechanic. They might have been busy but they were rude when I asked them a question and couldn't even be bothered to look at my car. Learn some customers service skills guys.

Really helpful guys more interested in creating staff/client relationships than having a big pretty workshop and making a buck. Pink slip. Efficient, good price & service

Our car overheated in Sutherland on a Thursday and was towed to Northern Automotive about 30 mins before it closed that afternoon. It's a 15 year old Nissan X trail. My wife had already explained that we would be driving this car to Hobart leaving the following Saturday. Con and his boys diagnosed the problem (cracked radiator) and immediately ordered the parts. Con stayed back on the Friday to ensure our car was safe for the journey to Hobart. New radiator, oil change, checked the brakes and tyres - made the car safe for the epic journey. Now my family and I are sitting in Hobart safe with the car having no issues whatsoever on the way down. We wouldn't have made it without Con's assistance. It's a shame we don't live close to them because I would have used them all the time. Good, reliable family service and fair pricing. Thanks for everything Northern Automotive! Highly recommended!
