It's not a retail store, it seems some of the negative reviews have been left by people who didn't get that. If you know what you want then this is the place for you. Straight up no fuss service and materials.

Hours constantly changing without notice. Not very helpful or flexible when looking for something specific. Prices are great on hardware and paint etc but their opening hours let them down. If you work normal hours, you quite simply cannot go there. Appears disorganised.

Awesome store. Great service, product range & price. I brought some RHS & SHS and had it all cut to different lengths. Measurements were all perfect too. The little shop in there is packed with stuff like fixings, brackets, wheels, welding supplies etc and all way cheaper than Bunnings around the corner.They also have alot of off cuts too for smaller jobs at a good $.Just remember to drive around to the back. Definitely would recommend this place, it's hidden gem and I will be returning!!

Went into the shop today and was taken back straight away with all the swearing was going on. Even at the staff and a customer got told you are wasting the time of the staff by asking questions. My 4 year daughter was seen my owner I’m guessing and still didn’t stop. So I took my money somewhere else.

probably worth going to if you can actually get past trucks being loaded down the side ally, this is more of a industrial setting , if this shop was facing the road theyed make a killing.

Just walked out after what I can only assume was a manager or owner stood in the middle of the display area and verbally abused the admin staff in front of costumers. The whole thing reminded me of the YTube clip “never met a nice South African. Pretty terrible really and from what I made out they had answered his vague question once they figured out what he was talking about and it appeared everything was right.

Avoid at any cost. Never got paid for 2 weeks of work and that was labelled as unpaid training. Which is not bad compared to the bonus of racial remarks towards all staff from the Owner.I won't promote their business nor that culture.
