Although this place was super fun! You don't actually accumulate tickets to win bigger prices. You pay for the tickets at the start and that's all you get, even if you win heaps of games. It sucked not getting actual tickets from the games to. It's all on scanning cards at this arcade.

The staff were very friendly. The arcade is on the smaller side though however this place is definitely cheaper than Timezone which is where we usually go.

The price is ok if you weren't limited to only two plays for some coloured games and unlimited for the time limit you are given. More staff needs to be on for the busy hours, the wait around for staff assistance/service is a bit ridiculous.

We had our sons 9rh birthday party here and what a great idea...Great space allocated for birthday events.Customer service was great with helpful staff ready to assist when needed..For a relaxed birthday where children are entertained this is a place to go...Thanks Erin

Games not kept in good condition the 3d one was missing the glasses the drinks 2 for $7 don’t apply to 2 of the same drink but the staff were friendly

My kids, wife and I lived this place. We all enjoyed our time and they do have great family deals! Though they might need to add more staff members during busy period.

Wow. Christ all mighty, never in my life have I been more disappointed in my entire life, and embarrassed. I brought my family of 4 to this arcade, yet I had no idea I was bringing them to hell. I had to get physiological and psychological for both my children. Terrible place never going back. Over rated and expensive. Take this as a warning you will wish you never went. I can not be more clear he’ll on earth. Bathrooms stank btw. Lots of car parks however there was hardly any games which is strange for a arcade, and the games they did have where for children.

Good fun. A few of the machines don't work. Swipped my card on a few it said credit but wouldn't play. Only 2 staff on so they were 2 busy to help. But other then that it was a fun way to waste a few hours.

They’ve got a decent amount of games. Though they seem to have issues with broken games that take your money, or not enough balls/bean bags to actually play the games properly. They could probably do with some more staff.
