This place is a joke! I can no longer spend time with my father as his quality of life over the last year has gone down hill very quickly living in this place. He can’t sleep, he can’t work, he can’t come out for lunch/dinner with the family, he struggles to leave the house groceries or doc appts. etc…due to the sleep deprivation from the noise of power tools all night long coming from the apartment above. This has been going on far too long and it’s not fair for an old man to be living like this. I’m very worried for his life and he definitely needs transfer ASAP!!
