The Owner of the business Jane was terribly rude to me. When you book online you get an email that says confirmed. But your appointment is actually not confirmed. You need to confirm it via a text message. The owner left a message on my phone to say my appointment wasn’t confirmed and when I rang back to confirm it and explain that I thought it was confirmed and I didn’t receive a text message the owner yelled at me and told me that I was stupid. I was then told that she had already cancelled my appointment. I had been waiting for 5 days for the appointment and could clearly see it when I logged into my account. This is a very rude nasty lady who obviously doesn’t like receiving any feedback about customer service. Such a shame as the beauticians are all good and really nice to deal with.

I had my brow waxed and tinted today with the lovely Tarryn. She has also previously done my lash extensions. She’s gentle, professional, warm and friendly. She listens to what I like, and how I like things to be done. I’m always happy with my results. The salon is beautiful, and all the staff are so friendly and kind. Can’t recommend enough! xx

Lovely, relaxing spa like feel and wonderful, friendly staff. I've had regular waxes, a facial and a hot stones massage by Jane which was simply amazing. The girls have always been very accomodating with appointments and prices are competitive. Highly recommend!

I have been to Queen Victoria Beauty Salon several times for waxing treatments/spray tans (I highly recommend Tania for all your waxing needs!) and have been really pleased with the service each time. The staff are professional and friendly and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!
