Grace Mechanic

I wen to Grace Mechanics to complete the regular yearly logbook service for my little Hyundai. The whole process was easy and they have been very friendly and professional. Their provided me a price over the phone and it was lower than the cap price servicing from Hyundai dealership just across the road. The job was completed on time. I would definitely coming back to them again for future servicing needs.

Drove in without a booking. They changed my battery without any waiting around and I was out of there super quick. Very friendly staff. Would recommend!

I took my car to Grace Mechanic last Thursday for a test drive and a pink slip.The service was exceptional.Ian was polite, humble and very thorough. Never had a car checked this thorough just for a pink slip. Would definitely go back for the service next year.

3 MUST HAVE to look for in an auto shop: Professional service, honest business and fair pricing.It’s easy to get ripped off if going to an auto shop knowing nothing about cars, but with Grace Mechanic, I don’t have to worry about that. You can clearly tell from their diligent and productive staff! They are able to walk you thru the process and make sure you understand what they are actually fixing!As a beginner car owner, I especially love the detailed report they provided after the inspection!Also, booking can be made online easily.Highly recommended!

Was in a state of panic after hearing some screeching sounds coming from my car last night. I hadn't been to Grace Mechanic before, but since it was fairly close compared to my usual service centre (and I didn't want to risk driving too far), I rang them this morning to try my luck. Ian was very kind and accommodating - he helped squeeze me in for an appointment that afternoon itself at 2pm. I explained that I needed to be home by 3pm for another appointment, and I was happy to leave my car at the mechanic and pick it up later if needed, but Ian and team went above and beyond to replace my brake pads within that short time frame. He took the time to explain the issue and advised on what needed to be done for the next service etc - as I was leaving, another lovely mechanic pointed out that he could see mist building up on my windscreen from all the rain/low temperature so he turned on the reverse aircycling/vent system to help clear the mist. Overall a very positive experience :))

Ian from Grace Car Care took my truck in for service within the same time frame that I wanted on a Saturday. He got the pink slip done instantly so I wasn’t required to get a blue slip. He did all necessary tests to ensure that my truck was safe. I highly recommend Grace car care, genuine good value and reliable mechanics.

The attitude of the mechanics and people were nice, such a pleasant experience having my car logbook service with them.They are punctual and service are on time as well. There is a restaurant nearby which makes the waiting time for the car service to be negligible. Highly recommended.

I needed a blue slip inspection and chose Grace because they had positive reviews and are close to home. I was pleasantly surprised by Ian’s friendly and professional approach.
