The agent was inflexible, rude and did not seem to have any influence over the seller who had not actually vacated at the time of settlement, nor did he seem to care. It was an unpleasant experience.

My wife and I were tenants in a property managed by Keith Wiseman Real Estate for a short period between selling and buying our new home. Keith and Milton were obliging due to our tight deadline. Keith's years of experience showed as his professional negotiation skills came into play due to some landlord issues at the end of our tenancy. It is hard to find honest, open and genuine agents and these qualities are a testament to Keith and Milton and underpins why their reputation is so strong.

Attended an open house which Milton was running.I put in an offer 2 days later. Milton was very clear and honest every time i spoke with him, complete opposite to most real estates. He worked with me to get a great unit for a great price.From 1st offer to an agreed price was less then 1 day.I would highly recommend Milton to anyone.

Atteneded one of the open house, upon scanning QR code it turned out they are not linked with NSW QR database as this entity did'nt showed up.Gentleman insisted that I should scan their QR code and it does not matter if their QR code is not showing up / registered with NSW database.
