I am very happy with the quality of service and craftsmanship i was given at Lewis's Watchmakers Coffs Harbour . I have just had my 53 year old Tudor Oyster Perpetual mechanical divers watch repaired and serviced by Lewis Watchmakers. They have virtually restored it to new again. This watch was a gift from my father and has a great deal of sentimental value. Thanks guys perfect job, it keeps accurate time now. E F

The repair to the worn ring in my solid silver ankh was done nicely.The polish treatment, that was not part of the quote, took a lot of:a) the wear marks that I loved &b) silver from its weightwas not appreciated.I have worn the Ankh for over 30 yrs having purchased it in Luxor so I know how different it isDisappointed

Lewis were friendly, professional, fast and CHEAP!! I have a Tag watch and was quoted (& have paid before) $300 to have the battery replaced and the watch pressure tested by another 'reputable' Jeweller. It was also going to be a 3 month turn around as they had to send it to Sydney! Lewis was $45 & an hours wait!!! Unbelievable. Will definitely be going back and recommend to anyone.

Having just used Lewis Watchmakers for the first time for a full Service/Overhaul of a sentimentally loved watch, I am delighted. The Rolex Service Centre in Sydney closed down during Covid and to have a local craftsman of Simon's calibre well credentialed to work on most any type of watch, is something I did not expect in our small community.Simon even went to the trouble of packing the old parts that he replaced and providing them to me as part of the handover. An unexpected but appreciated bonus.Bravo!
