No tomato on any burger, even though I ordered all burgers with tomato, no straws or napkins. I'm all for hiring the mentally challenged but maybe just keep them on the fryer, don't promote them to shift manager.

The staff at the second window must have attended a masterclass in apathy and indifference because they perfected the art of making customers feel like an inconvenience. Visited after the Dawn Service and waited 1/2 hour for our order. They are more interested in serving drive-through rather than in-store customers. When the order was received, the coffee was cold.

I always come here very disappointed in the service and food I received.Ordered a crispy chicken snack wrap happy meal for my teenager and they said they do not do wraps after 10. When I have gone to this MacDonalds and multiple other stores after 10 and have been able to get one.The bun on my burger was stale and burnt. Meat patty was burnt aswell. I am not happy with this at all.I understand it’s easier to cut half the menu when you are understaffed but as a hospitality worker it’s not hard to make a wrap.

Seriously worst customer service I eva found in McDonald. Staff while dealing was so fussy and extremely rude. On top I didn't find any hygiene in the store. McDonald hr team should consider strict measurements to hire staff( happy faces). I am sorry but I never recommend paralowie store to anyone.

Would like to give no stars! Poor customer service, staff are ALWAYS rude, never polite, no manners when serving you. Zero food quality, food is ALWAYS cold, stale, drinks that should cold are warm or food is missing from order. Number of times I have seen staff members touch their face (nose or mouth) then will grab a ice cream cone or a cup to fill it up with a drink and place the lid on top without washing or using hand sanitizer. Then hand those items to the customers.

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered an almond iced latte and received one with expired milk. very evidently expired from the look and the pungent smell. I’ve worked at mcdonald’s before, i understand how busy it can be but how hard is it to read a bloody date on the carton. No matter how frustrating the job is, it’s not appropriate to display your anger on random customers.

I actually have a complaint today not even 1/2 an hour after my experience today. I go in put my order through the screen, prints a ticket to give to the girl at the counter. So I give it to her. She's very quiet so I cannot hear much of what she's saying. Another gentleman comes and fiddles with the till. Then she runs off to finish some orders. However I stood there a while without my order even being put through. As someone who works in customer service, I would at least expected my order to be taken, told that it might be a while as there's a line up in the drive thru, let me know there's a problem with the till so she had to get help. Nothing was explained to me, so I had no idea what was going on. I ended up leaving with my cash still in my hand and no order was even placed.

Order happy meal and crispy chicken salad with extra chicken and parmesan cheese. Got told to wait at the waiting bay..waited for 20 mins to end up with wrong order and no drinks..It wasn’t even busy.. just a normal Monday night..what a waste of time and money
