We were beyond stressed trying to find our new home in this COVID-19 property market where there was just not enough stock and every property we were considering was sold way before auction. As we had just sold our home, we went to every property inspection and auction, desperate to find a home for our young family before any lockdown rules came down. Just when we were giving up finding our dream home and deciding reluctantly to find a rental instead, along came Paul's phone call to follow up on a property we had inspected but had initially believed it would sell 100K over our budget. Paul was just Godsend!! He is so knowledgeable, professional, honest and most of all, transparent.
