Beware. Initially a good experience. However that has all changed.I returned a helmet and it was agreed that I would receive a refund.It has now been over a month without a refund or explanation. I have sent a follow up email and have received no reply.Trevor is very keen to get in touch once a purchase is made, but it seems that is not the case if a refund is required.

I ordered and paid for a stack of gear. I became concerned after some time had passed and the order hadn't been sent. Trevor replied to my emails and even called me personally regarding my inquiry and issue. Trevor was extremely helpful and explained the situation and talked through some solutions and alternate products-The delay was no fault of Trevor and Treegear. My gear arrived and is excellent. Trevor is a good fella and I thoroughly recommend Treegear.

Trevor behind the desk was quick to welcome me, allowed me to have a look around and answered any question I had with demonstrations and enthusiasm. He spent the best of 2 hours showing me through climbing gear that tailored to my needs rather than his. Extremely helpful and informative, with 15 years industry experience in Arboriculture. Also splices and customises ropes which is quite rare, a definite boost for the industry.

I brought a 60m length of rope. Online, the website said it was in stock. So I proceeded to pay for it and got an email saying my purchase was accepted. I never heard anything for over a week so I rang treegear to see what was happening. The person on the phone informed me that they didn't have enough in stock to meet my order.i was then told I would have wait for the new shipment to arrive. In a few days. And will have to wait. It's another week later and my package has only been picked up today. In the meantime I have order separate equipment for myself from the UK and it arrived a week ago. I'm not one to normally complain about things but I have been without a climbing line for myself for nearly 3 weeks now and it's costing me work. If I'd had known I would have brought my rope from America and paid the 150 extra for shipping.
