Wouldn't deliver a parcel from Goulburn to Tarago just 40 k's away from their depot citing it being a remote" location. Then gave the run around with empty promises of delivery. Instead dropped it at a "collection centre" in Tarago Town just 6ks from the address on the con note. Caused huge inconvenience. Would not reply to enquiries asking for help & updates. Very disappointing service. It would have been easy to do this correctly but clearly they were not interested in helping out a customer."

Waiting on a delivery that was priority paid. Need the item by the weekend. Receive notification that item is on board with driver on Tuesday...by Friday still not delivered. Called office and was disregarded. Basically the item is still back at the depot and will be delivered when they are ready. Disgusting!

After receiving emails they my parcel was arriving and waiting all day to no avail, the following day I made various phone calls to Interparcel and Allied Road Express who could not tell me where it was even with the Tracking Number or advise the freight company the parcel was transferred to . When making my own enquiries I was fortunate to speak with Jo who tracked the parcel spoke to Belinda (delivery driver) and advised would be delivered within 30 minutes. It sure was and with a smile .. thank you Jo and Belinda . customer service above and beyond.

Hopeless service leave parcels sitting there for days, ring the woman working there and she couldn’t care less, don’t trust them, full of excuses and, this is the third time I have had issues with them. Incompetent

I had some rare vinyl records and music collectables delivered, very professional service, they came right to my doorstep. The friendly delivery driver treated my parcel with great care which was highly appreciated because the items are irreplaceable.I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a respectful and trustworthy delivery service.
