Absolutely genuine, warm and wonderful staff. They made me feel extremely welcomed. I left this place very relaxed as the massage relieved all the tension in my body. Im a very happy customer and will be back.

Returned for my second massage with my partner today and it will be our last.It was quite busy when we walked in so rather then pay first we we ushered into the waiting room. After a short wait we went into massage rooms. Massages were fine.I finished first and went to pay. Receptionist seemed hesitant to take my health fund card. After a huff she processed it but demanded the gap be payed in cash. While I was still waiting for my partner to finish I went and got the cash and paid.He then finished. They told him too many people had paid using HCF or hicaps today and would no longer be taking it. He walk told to pay in cash and could claim it himself. Annoyed and after some toing and froing he paid the full amount on card and we left to claim it later ourselves.The whole practice just seems deceptive from never really knowing what you're going to pay to not being able to use your health fund - even though it's their main point of advertisement on the store front!Save yourself the trouble and go to one of the other great practices Richmond has to offer.

Fantastic! Have never had a bad massage there. On shorter massages the oil is $10 extra, but with that you also get the hot stones at the end. Be specific with your instructions about how and where you would like the massage as there is sometimes difficulty with communication. I usually show the masseur on their body. They take my health fund card as well which saves me money. Thanks Emily and the team.

A great quality massage.

I went there and they wanted cash a bit suss , after massage trying to get my shoes under the table I got a massive splinter in my hand about 4ins long from the table I pulled it out ,it swelled up had to go to doctors for a tetanus shot and antibiotics the manager can’t speak English very well still had to pay .so I rang owners they didn’t want to pay my wages I had to take a week off work , very rude and arrogant towards me so I had to go to a solicitor.Will not go there again

Very good massage, asked to focus on specific area and they did a great job. Accepted health cover, no worries. Very friendly.

The sign honestly states $35 for a back massage.But...they wanted me to pay $45 because i am 6ft tall and have a large back.I will never return ever again and neither will anyone i know.Total and utter scam.

Hicaps returns as declined, cashier blames our health fund and asked for full payment. After speaking to our health care provider, they informed us that Sunny Life provider number/account lapsed on the 14th July.They’re “very” motivated for full payments and in “cash”....

This was a terrible experience. I paid extra for a deep tissue massage. N didn't even get a normal massage. Would never go back

very good masseur, very good relief after the house working, high recommend. Definitely will come back soon.
