Very unorganized staff. I booked a bottomless high tea early December for my best friends hens (6 weeks in advance) and was assured it was booked and would receive a confirmation call the weekend before the booking - I never did. I called myself to confirm the week before and was told I would be called back. Three days before the booking I was called and told rudely that high teas were not commencing again until February and the last high tea had just been held. I was left with just three days to re-book a whole hens afternoon! The lady was very unapologetic on the phone.

The high Tea we had here we were very unsatisfied with , creme Brule was runny, sandwich bread was stale and 2 kids meals we ordered took half an hour to come out and were cold and q was the wrong order which they didn't sort out even when we told them so my neice sat there very upset and she's 6...

Wasn’t informed when booking it was buffet only. Quality of buffet terrible. Dry pork no other meat. Not enough staff on eating dessert before we could order our overpriced drink. Wouldn’t recommend at all

My daughter booked the Mother’s Day high tea for our family of 4 adults. What an absolute disappointment it was! We arrived just before our 2pm sitting and we were seated very promptly, which was the last of the good service we received. We waited 15mins to be served table water, whilst others were given the selection of still or sparkling we only had the choice the of still. As we waited and chatted with the family, I received the complimentary espresso martinis which was definitely not hand mixed and tasted terrible. I saw a lot of others leave theirs so must of been of the same opinion. We weren’t given a drinks menu until my husband went to the staff and asked and was told go see the bar. Overpriced wine and drinks ($55 for a bottle of moscato) we waited to have the tea and coffee that came with our $59 per head high tea. We received our 3 tiers of very basic food, nothing was cooked fresh the tiny piece of Sausage roll and tiny quiche were cold. The salmon finger sandwich was over filled with average cream cheese & the cucumber/cheese wasn’t much better. We only received 3 serves of the scones for a table of 4, which my husband advised the server twice and then went up to the main server who said we got the correct amount. He then realized he was wrong and 20mins later delivered 1 more. We were still waiting for tea and coffee (with everyone else) and we finally waved a server down to order 2 coffees and a tea at 3pm. We waited for 20mins to receive our coffee with half in the saucer and no tea. We left at 3.40pm advised the staff not to worry about the tea as it wasn’t worth the wait. The rude head waiter just waved us off and said “oh well”. My family and I will NEVER return and we will definitely be telling others not to bother.

Awesome food, great service and wait people although food readiness / timeliness left a lot to be desired. The food was great as you would expect at a high price, however our mains came an hour after the kids meal. Others who ordered after us received their mains and desert and had left while we were still waiting. Nothing for keeping kids amused during these waits. And no follow up even after being advised and filling in the survey you receive 2 days after the booking.I don't feel I received value for money after feeling forgotten about, and it left a sour taste after treating my family of 6.

This was a costly experience. It was a buffet diner and we arrived at 7pm. There were 6 prawns left and 1 piece of smoked salmon. It took about 30 minutes to restock the buffet. The grilled barramundi was dry and there was only 1 chicken wing left. The vegies had started to dry out. The pavlova was just a shell with a drizzle of raspberry sauce and a raspberry on top, no cream in sight. It was a public holiday so when we went to pay we were told we couldn't use our discount card and there was a surcharge as well. Instead of costing $55, it cost $126.So for anyone that has an advantage plus card it would pay to ask each time if it applies on the particular day that you want to use it otherwise you may have to pay full price plus a surcharge for food that is sub-standard.

Enjoyed a lovely Sunday lunch at Muscat's. Our server Edmond was lovely, attentive and friendly. The food was amazing and even better it was great value for money.
