Quick drive thru for late night snack. Waited 20 mins for the food. Seemed to b short staffed and the staff were really rushed off their feet.

Good location, very clean and tidy. Toilets to be kept more neat. Nice staff, but more improvement need in hospitality. Got enough big parking space, high speed Internet, drive thru, every thing very good. I recommend people to visit if you are looking for Mc Donald. Very Quick and very warm staff

I'd rate it 0 stars if that was possible.5 minute wait just to get served and no one at the counter.15 minutes for the meal to get served and it's clearly been microwaved.Useless teenagers working without training.. would NOT reccomend to anyone.

The machines for coffee were broken. I asked for a small diet coke. I was given half a cup of something light tea colour. It looks very watery. I asked for a replacement, I was given a full sugar one, I can't have sugar. The next one was ok.It was lunch time not much staff serving, very slow. Not happy at all.

Ordered a medium cheeseburger meal with a coke, no pickles on the burger n an extra cheeseburger again with no pickles. Got the bag of food n off I went. When I got back to my domain to eat food I opened wrapping around burgers only to find NO MEAT PATTIES between the top n bottom buns or the sauce. Exorbitant price for additional cheeseburger inexcess of $4.

Ì went here this morning I order 3 Big Mac meals coz is on the menu , and 3 big brekkie meal , we waited about 10min then I went to the counter to start asked for it then they say I have to wait 5min, then make my way back to the counter, and then one Asian girl looks like a Manager she wear a different shirt ask me then I told her the number. And she said 2min I said I waited for 15min now, and she said and walk at the back it’s not her fault that I have to wait this long coz I ordered a 3 Big Mac meal it Breakfast time not lunch, but why is this on the menu if they can’t do it fast on Breakfast. I was gonna ask for a refund if that’s the case but It’s better to leave never come back there , and what she was saying that’s not a professional if you’re a Manager, this is not good for the business.

went threw drive thru the guy was obviously new and had no idea what we were talking about after telling him multiple times got to the window paid and then we look at the receipt and he put the wrong burger in that we didn’t even say, we told the second window they said they would change the burger even tho we paid extra for the burger we didn’t get, she told us to park, waited 10 mins while cars behind were getting there order, checked the bag once she practically threw it at us, they missed the burger we just told them about we then waved out, reversed back to the second window waited 5 mins for then to serve and give the food to the other customers behind us completely ignoring us. we then walking inside waited another 5 mins for then to serve us, while it was not busy.. then we explained it to an employee which she went and told her manager, which told her to just give us the burger, and didn’t even come up to us and say sorry, when we got home the food was cold the chips were so stale and only thing i ate that day was this meal at mcdonald’s and i was throwing up all night non stop from food poisoning im assuming just for trying to clarify our order, complained about it to the mcdonald’s app, didn’t even get a response or anything, my sister works at mcdonald’s and the one time she didn’t use her 20% discount code, they do this, is this how you guys treat your real customers… very disappointing

The food is typical Mecca's fare and is always served fresh and hot. The service is pretty poor and the greetings at the drive through is pretty much almost non existent. I order a morning coffee almost daily and it can be a real hit or miss whether it's going to be hot enough.

Waited 45 min for someone just to come to the counter so we can pay for our food. We kept calling out to them and there were even staff just sitting in the dining area with their friends talking. When I went to confront the staff sitting in the dining area I was asking them to go get someone, they look at me, shrugged and said they were on their break. Even the manager would come out to say hi and have a laugh with her friends then walk away without noticing the the 10+ people waiting in the dining area for any staff.
