Had an awful experience at Whispa. They cut my hair way shorter than I asked for against my very clear instructions. I had to get extensions from another Salon because it was so bad which cost me a lot of money. I was promised some money back but I haven’t received anything. I have been spoken to rudely by Leslie on multiple occasions just for trying to sort through the issue calmly. The lack of accountability for this is appalling.

Love this place Lesley is amazing hair done perfect everytime. Don’t mind the wait because she is amazing at her job! Shop and website for booking could use an upgrade but staff are amazing!

I cannot recommend Whispa salon highly enough. I started seeing Leslie at Whispa over a year ago, and my hair has never looked better. I loved it so much that I convinced my wife to swap up her usual salon and book with with Leslie! She is a wizard at doing hair!

My most recent experience with Whispa has been disappointing. I booked and prepaid my appointment (which had over a months wait time) only to have my appointment cancelled 45 minutes before the scheduled time. Although inconvenient, I was polite and understanding. I rebooked for when I was next available, only to have my appointment cancelled again the day before. I was told by the receptionist that someone would contact me the following day to arrange another time and that I would be prioritised. This did not happen. I was finally contacted 2 days later. By this stage I was frustrated and requested a refund.

Just wanted to thank Megan for putting my hair back together. It was broken, damaged, and lifeless from a terrible job done by another hair salon. Thank you Megan for coming to my rescue and being so caring. I love the colour and my hair is coming back to life ❤️

I just love Whispa. Everyone who works here are just truly lovely people. Every time I come here - for hair or beauty - I leave feeling happier & valued as a long term client. I couldn’t recommend them any higher. The reason they get booked in advance is because they are so good!

I have been come to Whispa for a couple of years now and can not fault Leslie (she's Amazing). She goes above and beyond with her time and experience. They are very busy Salon but when you arrive Leslie gives you all her attention to make sure that you get that 5 star service most places lack. I would never go to anyone else.

I’ve been seeing Leslie regularly, she always listens to my requests, my colour is exactly what I ask for and the cut perfect. She always takes the time to check in on me and I feel we’ve developed a great friendship. A few of my friends see her now and I’ll continue to recommend her to others. Great hairdresser.
