My car received it's first wash since owning it new for 2yrs ... Well it's new again... Great job... Big dual cab ute 4x4 120 bucks inside and out including polish.... If you complain about that then wash your own car at home.

Disappointed with the quality of service.Paid $187.50 for the Deluxe Wash with the seat and carpet shampoo. This figure included a 25% website discount booking. Still have dirt and bird poo and wash marks on windows and panels. The car is now reasonably clean enough to suggest it had a basic wash and Vaccume. It really wasn't that dirty to begin with.It's definitely not worth the the money for the quality of service.

Hit or miss ... sometimes my boot is full with puddles of water , They have taken things out to clean it and not put them back in twice! So iv had to go back and pick it up! atm I have something I my windshield which combined with rain last night made it very hard to see out off, my car is always clean , no food or rubbish in it and price varies constantly, but sometimes it's a great price and they do a great job !

Had my car washed and cleaned inside charged me $65 then went back another time for the same service and he charged me $130 there is nothing for a $130 on the board of services they provide rip off beware but did a great job on the car. Was told it would take 1 hour no one rang me so I turned up 1 and half hours later and was told the car was over there with no one making sure I was happy with the job before I drove off and this happened both times I went there.

Wasn't expecting to much after seeing some reviews. Looked at car after picking up. Only the outside was washed. Didn't even bother to open up doors and do door trims or boot. Not even the fuel area. Some spots of dirt were left and finger prints. Roof and wheels wernt done either. Not going back again

Excellent service, full wash & polish along with interior detail. Car looks brand new again! We will use these guys for all of our cars from here on in.

Took car in for an interior detail, my main priority was getting the seats and carpets cleaned. Paid $60 more than the price advertised on their website, and was told to come back in 4 hours.I went back after 4 hours, and ended up waiting another hour. A number of small details were missed, cup holders, hands holds, door jambs. Carpet and seats were cleaned beautifully though. Exterior was also good. It seems that they missed the details with the detail.

Excellent service, the guy I spoke to was very friendly and explained to me exactly what I would get done and how long it would take. My car looked amazing when I returned, very happy with the work they did.

Pathetic service.Got my service done today. For starters I booked it online looking at the price list available online. When I turned up with my car at Majestic Car top floor green hills, I was told that the online price list is not valid anymore. I agreed to the price which was offered at the counter.I was then told that the job will take 2.5 hours. Anyways, I left the car with them and organised my someone to pick me up.I shared my contact number at reception however, no one rang me after 2.5 hours. I turned up at the counter after 3.5 hours and was told that the vehicle was ready.No one showed me my vehicle and no one told me what was done in terms of washing, waxing, inside cleaning etc. I was told that the car is parked in xyz bay and handed over the keys.Car was parked under shade. So when I got it out in the sun I noticed that the inspect/mosquito spots on the front bumper were barely touched. There was still dust in the bonnet recess. Multimedia and speedometer screens inside had remains of the wipe cloth they used. Rear brake lights had some cleaning product which appeared to be a scratch but when I tried to wipe it, it took me ages only to get some off not all.To sum it up, totally NOT recommended.I went to this for the first time and regret it. Wasted money.I got 25% off for booking an appointment online, but I guess it was all at the expense of a poor service delivery.

Avoid!!! Paid $100 for a mini detail, it was merely a basic wash, they did a great job on the windscreen and fresh bug removal from the front but missed so much on the interior - had to ask them to fix a few areas before I left and it still wasn’t worth that price, after leaving I found even more, didn’t even wipe over my dash it’s covered in dust still. And when they washed my car with the pressure washer they had left the back door open & sprayed water all through the back and into my child’s car seat, so she had to sit in a wet seat to drive home. Avoid! Could have done a better job myself, won’t be returning!!
