My parcel was not only delivered very quickly but the delivery man was friendly, very professional and helpful.I received texts and emails about the time of my delivery and a phone call when he arrived. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a good, reliable and professional company to deliver their goods. I will be happy to use them again.

Love love love it! Why would I battle Chadstone when for $5, my click and collect order is delivered to my door same day. So happy.. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND AND WILL USE AGAIN!

Dealing with this carrier service was a dream. I dealt with the lovely Romy when I had an issue with my delivery and the communication, timeframe and outcome were next to none. The delivery wasn't originally put where I asked and the awesome driver went back and put it in the right place. I was stoked with this service and can't recommend this courier company enough.Thank you for a great result, in a time when deliveries are fast becoming the way of the world.

The driver genuinely did go beyond expectations. I had requested delivery to the post office and they wouldn't accept the package. The driver contacted me and then home delivered.

I found this service pretty useless and confusing for KMART and Bunnings Warehouse orders. Firstly because, the terms and conditions page is full of typos. What I understood from the terms and conditions, only a mug or lipstick can be delivered by Get It Fast due to size restrictions. But $5 delivery fee for such items does not make sense. So, I contacted the live chat twice, but the live chat agent was also very lost and kept forwarding the confusing terms and conditions page. So I gave up.

Wow wow wow I often don’t give reviews this company responds fast. I’ve used them before but this time around I put in the wrong number and my package wasn’t coming. At first I was concerned but they messaged quick and said I might have the wrong order number down I messaged them right away and the correspondence was sooooo fast so fast I thought it would take forever but this was so beautiful and swift 100 on customer service I recommend it a thousand times over

I’m very satisfied and impressed by how good and fast of the service from Get It Fast. It provides accuracy tracking which update my click & collect items from the moment that the driver collect them, image included to the time my parcel had been placed in front of the door with image as well. Only need to pay $5 and do not need to do everything except place an order from Kmart then book Get It Fast service.

First time using this service and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service. I was notified at every stage of delivery which meant I knew what time to expect delivery. For $5, it's a great service if time and convenience matters to you. I highly recommend Get it Fast!

I have used Get it Fast 5 times now for Kmart click and collect deliveries. The order always comes on time and they provide accurate and regular tracking of your parcel. The delivery drivers are always friendly. This is a great service, and the pick-up fee is only $5.
