Steak sanga" couldn't even eat the steak as it was more like jerky. All steak was still on the plate and was not enjoyable.1 hour and table still not cleared plates and glasses everywhere. Wont be rushing back."

Silks has been somewhere in the past I was not too impressed with regarding service and food. Lately it seems that someone has changed the way they run the business and the entire experience has definitely improved. The food is great and the staff are so friendly. Were always here celebrating birthdays now too.

Lovely attentive and unobtrusive staff. Reasonable basic meal at a good price. $15 specials. Wine extra. No booking required for an earlyish sitting.

A Sports bar with amble space, Large TV’s, Betting Facilities, Pokies, Dining Room, an outdoor and rooftop areas.It was a midweek night, pretty quiet throughout the venue and we just wanted somewhere quiet for dinner.We tried to book a table for 2 at the dining room but we were told that there were no small tables available. A bit disappointing they couldn’t accommodate us as the venue was quiet and they had few staff walking around.So we ended up seating in the sportsbar area in front of the the TV screens.We ordered dinner and drinks at the bar but the waiter/barman had no idea what the specials were and also messed up our drinks order.The Lamb shank wasn’t hot enough but seasoned well and the Spanish Parmigiana was tasty.Overall, it was a very deflating experience with an attractive looking venue, food was fine but the front of house staff needs more training on services and being hospitable.Food -3Service -1Atmosphere -2

A nice place for food, drinks and much more. Everyday lunch specials only $15. I had chicken parmigiana with a decent potion. Drinks slightly expensive but if you’re member you get members discount and it’s only cost you $5 a year. Gaming room is also pretty nice with latest Pokies machines and quite generous compared with Casino. Plus you get points when you dine in and play slots machines. It’s a kids friendly restaurant as there’s a kids playroom. All in all, it’s a nice place to hand out with friends or have your birthday party.

Food was spot on. Service was good however we had several servers come ask us for the same thing and drinks were brought out and glasses were sticky from spillage. My partner ordered a lemon, lime and bitters which was mixed with far too much bitters and ended up ordering a lemonade to water it down. Atmosphere wasn't too bad there was live music which the singer was great talent however it did make communicating at the table a little difficult (sorta the reason you go out). Meals were cooked and delivered timely though and price was fair.

Normally an enjoyable evening out but tonight it took over an hour for our meals to arrive even though they came after 20 mins to put the order through again. We were not impressed with the wait. Then I ordered a coffee and saw it being made wrong then sit on the bench for over 5 mins before it was brought out to me. Doesn’t deter the establishment, this was probably the first time I’ve been unsatisfied with the service here. They are usually amazing.

Cafe menu was pretty bloody awful today. Nachos were $18 but came out with barely any toppings. Basically doritos on a plate. Cold, old dry chips.

Booked a table for lunch. There was a small crowd of diners with plenty of empty tables.I had to go up to counter where you pay to order the Chef's special.Then half hour later I had to ask where my order was. As I had to go back work, I had to get a take away.On top of that the rice had no taste (bland). The beef strips were fatty and left a bad taste in your mouth. It wasn't worth $20.00 for the meal.When the carpark looks full don't dine there.It would seem that wait and kitchen staff can't work without the restaurant manager.I had lunch their on Friday 27th January 2023 and the meal and service was great. The restaurant manager was making the staff work.
