The worst service ever. The ignorance and childish behaviour of this agency makes you wonder how they are still open. They will blatantly ignore you and refuse your calls. They do not care about tenants rights or upholding an agreement. Melissa Reece is by far the worst, most disrespectful, arrogant agent I have ever met. I called numerous times, being told repeatedly that agents were unavailable. All my emails were ignored and never responded to. Even the fact that Melissa had lied to the owner of the property saying that we, the tenants, were saying and doing things that weren’t true. I think the fact that the house is leaking with holes in the floor was an urgent issue but to Reece realty, as long as those cheap, selfish, lowlife agents are getting paid, they don’t care.

Christina Williams is my property agent and she is very cool, calm and helpful. She helped through the entire process and I can see that she is dedicated to her work. Thank you very much.

I have a wonderful experience with one of their consultant which is christina williams i mean it was getting really difficult for me to find a room and in the room where i as living not so good. With the help of christina i got my room within a week and its really tidy one kuddos to her effort!

It is a wonderful real estate office, especially the employee Christina. She works as much as possible to serve those looking for housing.

What can I say, they have provided our family with an experience we can't thank them for enough! I’m really surprised by the low google reviews for this company. Reece was fantastic and helped me get out of a sticky situation with another real estate company a few years back. Whenever I call the staff are fantastic. I will forever be grateful for the services I’ve received from Reece and his staff

Rude staff, the agent I bought through was literally swearing at me over the phone, I was driving so my kids heard everything. I put in a formal complaint but nothing happened. I had a contract on the house, got a building inspection, it was due to exchange the next day and I get notified from my lawyer that it’d been sold to someone else. Didn’t even call to notify me. Didn’t call to see if I wanted to up my offer. When I rang he just hurled abuse at me saying I wasn’t serious about buying. I’d just that day spent $500 on a building inspection so there was no reason to think I wasn’t serious. Absolutely disgusting agent.

They are rude.The house that I rented, the gas ran out after ordering it month prior for the other cylinder running out. But it never showed up. When I was showering the hot water ran out and the stove wasn’t working. I asked them if they delivered it, they sent a plumber who only tinkered with the pipes and left. They provided us a small cylinder after a day. Now, it has been a week I faced that issue. Today again I ran out of gas and all soaped up. I can’t work like this, every week when I am getting ready it is gonna happen. They are saying it will be delivered today, while being rude and not understanding that it is a basic necessity. That’s not all I asked them to get shower door repaired months ago and no action has been taken. To Reece reality “You might have said that the gas is being delivered today and you might have said it three times before. But it was supposed to be delivered last week when I mentioned we ran out(it wasn’t supposed to ram out as my roommate ordered it a month ago). I can ask as many time I want and you have to answer it because I am a tenant here. Moreover, you are the contractors, you need to make sure gas company deliver us the gas cylinder. ” I would never have asked if the service has been fully provided but that wasn’t done. For the other services I didn’t ask or said anything again and gain but, Hot water and food are necessity.
