Crystal Pools

I'm a happy owner of a Crystal Pool. Thanks to the team who delivered what was promised. The pool looks good it works well and it has tranformed our back yard. Thanks Mick for making it your personal mission to have me and my wife happy . We will always talk highly of CRYSTAL POOLS.

We built our pool with Crystal Pools a year ago. They were absolutely hands down very easy to work with. Our project manager Nathan was on top of every detail and went above an beyond to get our pool ready for Christmas. They kept on schedule, even through the rain! I would not hesitate to recommend Crystal Pools especially Nathan and the other trades people that worked on our pool. Thanks heaps

Crystal Pools was fantastic and we are so happy with how our pool has turned up! From start to end everything was really clear. Jesse in particular, our project manager, was gold and a wealth of knowledge!

Another five star review for Crystal Pools. This was our first pool and we had heard mixed reviews from many companies. However a friend used them and was happy so we decided to do the same. So glad we did. From day one they were professional, courteous and patient. I think having the right, experienced Project Manager organising the build of your pool is very important. Jesse was incredible and if you can have him you won’t be disappointed. He made so many excellent suggestions that we hadn’t thought of. Furthermore he was always willing to answer many questions, regardless of how busy he was. In general a really positive experience with this company and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.FOLLOW-UP - 2 years later: If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. Their after-sales service has been amazing. Any minor issues are resolved very quickly. Can not fault!

The team from Crystal Pools have been a pleasure to work with. Very professional and always prepared to guide and support you through what is a significant and complex project. They will go that extra step to ensure you are fully satisfied with your pool. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Love our pool, thanks Crystal!! Was really happy with Turner landscaping and his team as well. When custom designing landscaping and fencing, both Turners and Alex who installed the fencing done a fabulous job. Thanks guys, highly recommended!

We signed a contract with Crystal to build our pool on a friends recommendation and we couldn't be happier. We wanted a builder that would take responsibility end to end and that is what they did. Excavation, form work, concrete shell, beadcrete interior, pool equipment, tiling all done to the highest of standards. It only took 13 weeks from breaking ground to filling the pool and each group of tradies that arrived onsite were a class above any we have dealt with before. As with any build there were things along the way that needed to discussed and the managers assigned to our build made sure we got what we needed and wanted. With so many horror stories out there on building today I can highly recommend Crystal if you want an experience that is professional, first class and at the top of the industry.

I could write a 50-page report on my experience with Crystal but Google limits word count. The following summarises my experiences and opinions only. The experiences and opinions of other Crystal customers may differ.First the good points. Crystal answered the phone (May 2021) and sent a sales person who drew up plans (which were not strictly followed). Other companies didn't even return calls.The lesser points. In my experience, what you see on the website gallery is not all the work of Crystal. I believe this to be a little deceptive. Crystal outsources much of the work or leaves it to the customer to arrange and complete. For example, they don't do the following; dig the hole, run the electricals, any tiling or landscaping, the pool fence. Crystal recommends their preferred contractors but if anything goes wrong you will hear the phrase not our responsibility". Crystal did not appear to oversee or quality assure the work of their recommended subbies. The contract is between the customer and the third-party supplier. I expect that this strategy means that warranty claims against Crystal are almost impossible. This was probably explained

The pool was a nightmare to build. I had to constantly micro manage the build. Didn’t get told about the 2.5k bond to the council after asking what all the out of pocket costs were. That’s a lot of money for us. I also organised my own excavator to get the ball rolling and my husband did all the landscaping, including tiling the back wall of the pool, fencing etc, but we knew that was our cost from the start.However we are pleasantly surprised with the quality of the pool. It does look amazing. This is why I only took off one star off the review. We were promised a pool before Xmas and they finished it on the 23rd December, so we were happy. Stand outs were mick, Jesse and Nicole. They always returned my calls when they said they would. I appreciated the communication. I think that’s all people want, to be kept in the loop.I would use crystal again.
