Went here to buy a bag of dog food on 24 December 2020. The price of Kobber Working Dog was higher than at Elders in Dirranbandi. And unfortunately I did not bring enough dog food with me for my time in Dalby. Upon hearing the higher price I asked the store clerk if there was any wiggle room on the price. I was laughed at. A simple no would have sufficed. The store clerk came across as rude and uninterested in my business (sorry I don't spend hundreds or thousands at your store) He did at least bring the bag of dog food to the car when I purchased it. (I went here because Elders Dalby did not have the Kobber 20kg bags in stock). 3 star rating for having the product in stock and bringing it out to my car but rude customer services to a small time customer is never a good look, also hard to believe dog food is cheaper 400km west.
