Beautiful flowers with a difference. Steph is very helpful always going above and beyond.

So thrilled to open the door to find Steph standing there with the most gorgeous bouquet of native flowers for my birthday from my wonderful children. Just stunning - so beautifully arranged and presented, simply but so elegantly. Steph puts so much love into her flowers - thanks Steph for making my day so memorable.

Steph did an incredible job on our wedding flowers!! She captured my vision perfectly, even though I was vague on what my vision was! My flower crown was the most beautiful piece of floristry I have ever seen, I am still so grateful. Highly recommended!! Thank you Steph!

Steph was so unbelievably helpful when I needed a last-minute flower delivery. Not only did she help with short notice, but she also was able to do a Saturday delivery. Couldn't recommend Earth Flower more - thanks so much Steph!

Absolutely dissapointed by Steph from Earth Flower Apollo Bay for the flowers on my wedding. It ruined my day. I was so excited when I was working with Steph, we discussed on the flowers, colours and textures of the bouquets and she sent through the idea board that was spot on (pictured below). I was really looking forward to my bouquet and bridesmaid bouquets all 5 of it. To my disappointment on my wedding when the flowers arrived. I saw them from the corner of my eyes and my heart just sank. Earth Flower did not deliver on the flowers (fine if you can't use the flowers in your quote) but the colour was not what I wanted (was dull), the bouquet was not the structure I wanted (she even noted on the brief, free flowing loose bouquet). Not to mention the buttonholes again not the colour I wanted (again, what was said, was not what was delivered). I understand the pictures are indication and you cannot replicate it but I expect colours and style (free flow loose) to be delivered (or similar).When I provided the feedback to Steph, she was defensive. I'm not criticising these were bad work that she had done but it's everything I didn't want for MY wedding and it didn't fit the brief we both agreed on. She just told me to get over it. Sorry but I paid a lot of money and expected the agreed product and service and Earth Flower DID NOT DELIVER! She instead tells me of her 5.5 years of experience, she has had no complaints and later told me that my budget was spent on table arrangement. I'm sorry but if you couldn't deliver you should have communicated or adjusted the quote accordingly or perhaps ask which I would want to focus on.I wouldn't recommend Earth Flower. Didn't deliver on the bouquets we agreed on was one thing but the lack of ownership from failing to delivering was another. I didn't have a good experience and looking st my wedding photos, being reminded of it all.

Earth Flower did an absolutely AMAZING job with our wedding flowers - better than my wildest Pinterest dreams! Our guests were as in awe as I was with Steph’s stunning bouquets, arch flowers, table flowers and cake flowers. Steph was super easy-going, made great suggestions and went over and above to make sure everything was just right.

Steph recently completed all the floristry work at my wedding and absolutely nailed it. I shared my vision and she brought it to life, capturing the exact style and vibe I was seeking. It's also obvious how much pride and care she takes in her work with careful attention to detail. I am so glad I booked with Steph for my wedding and I highly recommend her to anyone!
