The variety and product knowledge provided by Kel and his team is awesome. Nothing is too much trouble, even borrowing the sample to paint match. The floor has been installed on time and by professional installers, who do an amazing job at getting the pattern right even up the stairs! The customer service is excellent.

Called up a few weeks ago to enquire if they could lay the floorboards I bought elsewhere. Explained that I already had the floorboards and was just needing someone to lay them. They said they'd be able to do that and came out the week after to measure up the area. 1-2 weeks after they measured, I still hadn't heard from them on pricing so called them up. They said they weren't going to bother taking the job as I didn't buy the floorboards from them, that it wouldn't be worth their time. They were overall very rude for no reason when telling me this. Would have been nice to have been told all of that 3 weeks before, on the phone when originally enquiring, instead of wasting weeks of my time and wasting their time coming out to measure up the area.
