Flavio and his team are absolutely amazing to work with. I have built a few retail stores & one home renovation with him and he has been extremely reliable, effective and always met all deadlines. His team are happy, positive and enthusiastic about their work. They don’t cut corners, they use appropriate safety gear and they don’t leave a mess after their work, all of which demonstrates their complete professionalism.Flavio is always thinking ahead of the task at hand. He discussed the whole project including minute details with me and delivered more than I expected. I would give him 9.5 out of 10. Now I find it very difficult to deal with other tradesman because he has set the standard so high, consequently I have to wait for Flavio for any new project.Flavio is not cheap but I wouldn’t call him expensive clearly because you get what you pay for; his work speaks for itself.I was relaxed and could concentrate on other tasks whilst Flavio was building my most recent retail store. We have been lucky to be living in the same complex as Flavio. When we wanted a mid-sized renovation for our penthouse in Melbourne city, Flavio was our obvious choice. Flavio had great recommendations from our neighbours who had worked with him in the past, and the recommendations were so true. Flavio went above and beyond in making sure our requirements were well met. He had all sorts of design and build ideas to get us the best value for money. He is a perfectionist who doesn't let a single thing slip. He even referred various other tradies to us to get our other jobs done as part of the renovation. We had an absolutely beautiful kitchen, bathroom and paint job completed in a timely manner, thanks to Flavio. He made us feel welcome and supported throughout the build process.Anyone thinking of having a building project, big or small, should give Flavio a call.
