The service was excellent @ Coulsons. They repaired my car well. Reception was efficient and friendly. Their assessor when I first drove in my car was very good. A definite time frame to complete the work really helped me plan my week. They even organised to have my car driven to a great workshop ( Dean's) to complete the pink slip for my rego renewal once repairs were done.

So far so good. They offered us a car for our use while our car is getting a small bump taken out and a paint repair, and when we picked up the car they had detailed it, and most importantly they followed up and kept us informed. I hope we don't have to use them again, lol, but I recommend them completely.

Not a customer centric business, delays after delays and really lack lustre experience. Tell you what you want to hear but after you leave they change there tune. Its the vehicle insurance industry as a whole, they don't really care about their customers. Its a shame as there website states and we have been impressing customers with our high-quality results and outstanding service for more than 40 years." Shame the original owners got bought out. :("

Coulson body repairs done a fantastic job in repairing my car when I used them recently.I had to remove my car from another local repairer because of their horrible service and attitude. It was a tough decision for me to make at the time. However, it ended up in a great result due to great workmanship from Coulson body repairs.I have experienced exceptional professionalism and friendliness in whoever I met there. Thank you very much Nathan, Steve, Emily and team for looking after me very well thoroughout the process. They kept informed me about the progress at all times. Job well done within time frame and the quality of the work done is great.I had used Coulson body repairs in the past and they have always been great.

Coulsons were amazing. Did the job when they said, arranged nrma loan car and taxi. Looks to be a great repair on rear lhs bumper, colour matched perfectly and pick up detail very good. Highly recommended.

Coulson were very punctual and professional. They repaired my vehicle which had substantial damage in under a week.The quality of their work was exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Absolutely disgusting job from these so called smash repairers. They are 100% for the insurance companies and do nothing to stand up for their customers. Their repair job stood out worse then the small damage did to start with and they think returning a customers car in the state is acceptable. I was told don’t worry about it the repair job will fade over time. Yes but so does the rest of the car so it will never match. Their attempt to justify it was that’s all the insurance company would let us do. Absolutely disgusting they put the insurance company and money before customers and their cars. I wouldn’t take my 100 year old rusted out Holden to the to repair. Stay away from them

Great customer service. Thanks to the team for getting my car back to us quickly. Was told my repair would take a week but they did it in three days.If I had known they were going to clean my car afterwards I would have tied up before leaving my car with them.
