Staff are so rude and you feel as though they are looking down on you. I’d avoid this place.

Few weeks after buying the bag the chain just fell out, do the store fix it for me???

I love Gucci products. I went here to buy a gift for my partner shortly before Christmas. There was a bit of a line but they got through them quickly. Fresh water or other drinks were provided. Once inside a fairly angry man pushed his way in front of me and into the store to be served first, but the door staff were able to quickly and professionally deal with that. Otherwise I had great personal service and was able to quickly find the gift I was looking for in time for Christmas.

I went to the store to purchase a watch my daughter saw online, which wasn’t in stock at the time, it was “in transit”. Sales associate Jun at the store was fantastic, keeping me informed of the watch’s progress so I could have it in time for a birthday gift. I was impressed by the service I received from Jun.I wasn’t impressed with the store itself which was dirty and an off putting environment to make a high end purchase. The front door was open on a hot day, I don’t know if it was an air conditioning issue but the store was uncomfortably warm with flies buzzing around. I was mostly looking at watches behind glass displays which were dirty and had so many finger prints over them. The store was offering refreshments but there were empty bottles of drink all over the shop and next to where I was looking at the watch when it arrived. There were a few sales associates in the store and I thought they could have removed the rubbish and cleaned the glass. The Gucci store doesn’t compare with the other luxury retailers in Perth.But thank you to Jun for providing an exceptional service that I was very pleased with - and my daughter loves her watch
