This has been my regular pharmacy for a few years now and I have always gotten fantastic and personalised service every time.Every staff member has made me feel listened too and helped me feel as though my well being and health is priority irregardless of what I have gone in for, I definitely recommend as I have not found this level of care anywhere else.

OK pharmacy has everything you need and been here for a long time but I've got a good memory and remember when Brashs record store used to be in this location! Good position, get all your prescriptions and other products and gifts here.

This pharmacy is the biggest rip off going around. I would NOT recommend going there to purchase anything. I purchased cough medicine for my dad they charged me $35 normally I buy this cough medicine from Clarinda discount drug store and they only charge $22 that is a $13 price difference. They should be disgusted in themselves. NEVER AGAIN!

I can't speak highly enough of the staff! I was not feeling well and the beautiful girl at the counter went out of her way too make sure I was okay. Absolutely beautiful she was so caring. I was humbled by this so Thankyou Amcal Southland. ❤️

I have had consistently good customer service at this chemist for quite some time. I am greeted and assisted shortly after I walk-in the door. A special mention to the lovely pharmiscist who has done previous COVID vax, and today, a flu vax. Gentle, friendly and clearly explained what to expect. My 1.5 year old had fun socialising with all the staff.

I visited today to buy Rite Aid Baby trimmer. I asked if they can do price match on this item . I said I believe this item is much cheaper other places. They said Woolworth don't have it in stock .sold to me $29.99 . Same item is available in chemist warehouse and pharmacy 4 less at least $5 to $8 cheaper.

Worst customer service!Waited at the pharmacy desk patiently, was seen after a few minutes. Asked a quick request and was told by a lady that they are too busy and short staffed for them to serve me and that I was to wait for her to serve the 7-10 people that had lined up behind me, first.I am so very confused. I was first in line and was essentially told to wait for everyone BEHIND me to be served first!My request was a simple witness signature. How long would that take? 15-20 seconds?Of course I walked out.Unbelievable. I am extremely offended!Never EVER setting foot in this chain again if that’s the way they treat people!
