Pizzas We're the best we have had in a long time. Toppings were great. Meatballs were lovely. Would recommend woodridge pizza hut if tonight's pizzas were their usual standard. Thank you to the staff

STOP CANCELLING your customers orders. Went to pick 2 different orders on different days, to be only told they weren't received". Had gotten DoorDash to confirm and was told it was the STORE that had cancelled it. Stop wasting peoples time and money!"

Terrible service. After waiting for our delivery for over one hour and 40 minutes, i rang the store, female who i spoke to, did not give an apology for it being so long. All she could do was keep saying it is Saturday night" Management you need to teach your staff some customer service skills. I will not be ordering from pizza hut Woodridge again."

Was not advised it would take 2 hours to fulfill an order, tried calling the store had to try numerous times, only to be told the lines were busy or they didn't answer. When I finally spoke to a manager he was rude and unhelpful. Pizza was received cold and drinks were warm

We brought 8 pizzas and garlic bread and 2 pizzas were burnt. I rang pizza hut to see if I could get replacement pizzas. They said they would replace the pizza but we had to come and pick up. I asked if they delivered due to it being their mistake. They replied with no. They made us give the burnt pizzas back and wouldn't reinbust us for the two pizzas and travelling twice down to the shop. I asked to speak to the manager who was looking at me from the kitchen and the girls said she was busy due to them having 4 staff members on. Great manager sending out a teen to do her job. I was calm with the staff but they were not giving me the same respect. I said that I would not be coming back to this store again due to the customer service and quality of food. The young good said good we dont want you again. I know if owed the store I would expect more from staff members.

Online ordering is super slow I understand the crazy amount of orders you must get especially on a Thursday night but I've been waiting for over 2 and a half hours for 3 pizzas and 3 sides

0 Stars if there was that option available.Terrible customer service, no clear notification of delays in deliveries when ordering online. Tells us our order will be arriving at a certian time on the live tracker- waited an additional 25 minutes past time then decided to call them and they couldnt do anything about it they then proceeded to tell me it was still going to be another 40+ minute, that would total over 2hr wait. Manager woulnt even get on the phone when i asked to speak to her.

Ordered online at 7pm with the deal $35.95 for 3 pizzas and 3 sides. With delivery came to $39.95. The online tracking was not working so I phoned the store with no reply. The phone message said my order would be delivered at 8.07pm. I rung a further 5 times after the 8.07pm time frame had passed...still no reply. So I drove to store around 8.35pm where I was told sorry we have been busy. Phone was ringing in background to which they didnt answer. The manager in charge was very rude to me, rolled eyes at me and was still going to charge me the delivery fee as she said that it was already in the bags ready for delivery...I was there to collect so didn't think i should be charged delivery but she was not willing to give me refund. THIS WAS NEARLY 1 HOUR AND 45 MINS FROM WHEN I FIRST PLACED ORDER ONLINE. I asked for something to the value of delivery to which she again rolled her eyes and roughly grabbed a coke out of fridge and placed with my order.I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO WAY TO CONTACT STORE ABOUT ORDER AS THEY WOULDNT ANSWER PHONE AND TO BE TREATED RUDELY BY THIS YOUNG LADY IS JUST APPALLING.

I placed an order, then you wouldn't take cash on delivery, I tried calling to cancel my order but... I called the phone number 131166, they transferred my call to my nearest store But no answer, they told me someone would call me. I'm still waiting. So much for Pizza Hut. I was forced to get something else for dinner. NEVER AGAIN Pizza Hut.
