Highly recommend Derek! Had an older PC with Blue Screen of Death and Derek diagnosed the issue quickly (damaged boot thingy). I asked for an estimate for a replacement system and received a competitive written quote to match my request with thoughtful suggested upgrades. A+ Service from a knowledgable technician.Unlike other repair shops, Derrick did not jump into conclusion and did not suggest major part replacement with long wait time over the phone.He wanted to diagnose the laptop first and within the hour found a solution that apparently did not involve part replacement.Knowing that my son needed it for school, he expedite the repairs and we got a working laptop the next day.We will definitely come back again.

Derek has helped me a few times now. He is always very helpful, polite, well spoken and unlike quite a few IT savvy technicians who just tries to milk you for not knowing any better, Derek's prices are very reasonable. Really do appreciate the quality and prompt service which Derek provided for the screen repair of my Microsoft surface pro. The repair cost was comparable with other providers, but what set Derek apart was the turn around and frankness. When he had repaired the laptop, he talked me through the challenges in effecting the repair, including the residual glass internally which needed cleaning up, and the physical damage to external case. When I offered to pay for any additional labour as a consequence of these particular issues, Derek refused to charge me any more, informing me that he's more interested in repeat work (by inference building trust and a continued customer relationship). I'm so impressed, I've asked Derek for a quote for a new desktop.
