The company were very efficient in their booking and followup, to confirm details the day before the service man was to attend.On the day of the service call the service man rang to confirm the booking time and to ask if it was convenient to attend earlier as he had finished his previous job.He arrived within 25 minutes. The service man assessed the problem, repaired and serviced the furnace. The charge was the same as the quote provided earlier.On the whole we were very satisfied with the service provided by Woden Valley Plumbing and Gas Fitting.

They do great work. On time. On budget. Clean up afterwards. Tradesmen are friendly and helpful. Office staff are cheerful and efficient. Have had a number of things done now including some plumbing issues and gas heating. All addressed in a professional manner. Very happy with our engagement on these projects.

Nick arrived right on time which was surprising as other tradesmen have always been a little late. He was very courteous, even took off his shoes when walking in the house and on carpet, and politely answered all the questions I had. Fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up after too. Gill was very nice and friendly over the phone when booking and was informative over the cost beforehand. Highly recommend.

Accidentally ripped out bathroom vanity and caused massive water leak until mains turned off. Nick came “out of hours” and installed new mini stops on related water outlets so that the mains could be turned on and our house useable again. Lovely guy, fantastic service. You should pay him more!!

After a very useful advice provided during a minor repair job by Nick from Woden Valley Plumbing & Gasfitting (with which we were impressed for his professionalism, quality of work and courtesy), we proceeded to have our aging hot water service replaced and relocated by Alistair from the same company. As with our previous experience, Alistair was professional, efficient and courteous; he achieved an amazing amount of work alone in relatively short time. On the following day, when we were concerned about the amount of water coming out of the overflow pipe, Alistair was quick to revisit to take a look at the problem (which turned out not to be a problem after all...). Thank you Woden Valley Plumbing & Gasfitting for a hassle-free experience once again. Highly recommended for all those requiring plumbing services in Canberra area.

We have used WVP&GF’s before and while a bit expensive, they are very good and will actually listen to you if you have concerns. On this occasion, we had an issue with unregulated hot water temperatures, which was caused be the shower outflow. Brody the technician was very helpful, skilled and quick in identifying the problem and providing the best solution for a reasonable cost. Would recommend.

Supplied and fitted new gas cooktop which required minor bench modification; and removed leaking dishwasher. Nik and Alistair provided top quality workmanship, cleaned up afterwards and were very polite, a pleasure to deal with. The Office Administrator, Emma, provided a wonderful service and also was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely highly recommend Woden Valley Plumbing and Gasfitting.

Had some initial issues with the work that was done, however upon hearing my feedback, Woden Valley plumbing reached out to me really promptly and offered to send someone around within a few hours to rectify the problem. Micky came around as scheduled and did a really good job, was polite and friendly, and sorted everything out. Really happy with the outcome - thanks!

Rectified smelling shower drain using onboard tools.Servicing plumber was very polite and explained everything he was doing. Also suggested ways to prevent future problems.Pricing was as quoted when booking a callout. Business was recommended with good customer focus from start to finish.
