I don’t recommend using this business. Have been trying to work with them to resolve a clients Microsoft365 account IP conflict and they have stuffed us around for 2 days. Using a go between to pass on info from account person to website person instead of just connecting and getting the job done. Asking for emails to be sent repeatedly as they claim to not receive them. All the while charging for time. Clients business being affected by the downtime doesn't seem to be a concern for them. Calling the call centre" first in line to get passed to the voice mail to leave a message."

As a busy business I've finally stopped pulling my hair out over IT issues. All the team at Oze IT are very friendly, reliable and most of all fast. I can email them and they always seem to have someone in the area . But they can also log on remotely, somehow.Things I assume would be a massive issue to fix they have been able to fix really fast. which is allowing us to just get on with our own jobs.Prior to OzeIT. I could never really find anyone that knew what they where doing. I totally trust this team and will be using them now until I die.

I have left all my IT to Stephen and his team. We rely heavily on diagnostic computers for our business, and if we have a situation Ozeit come as soon as they can to help us out. Amazing service and a great team. Matt has been our saviour on a couple of occasions. Highly recommend.Thanks guys
