Service NSW

I had a very bad experience there doing my driver test, i did twice because was the nearest place for me, the guy who test most of the people looks like someone who did suffer bulling all life since was kid them now he thinks he is someone powerful and have fun with others. You guys can’t put someone who is not qualified to apply that important thing. They must know separate personal problems with work.That’s not fair with people, hope someone go check that. Thanks

The parking available here for the space on the block is utterly atrocious. It is not conveniently close to anywhere so you almost always have to drive. Half the block is dedicated to empty space which is always unused.

I would rate no stars if possible.This place should be called “Lack of Service NSW”Bureaucracy at its finest, with countless staff that stand around doing nothing.Hornsby branch would be the worst department I have had the misfortune of going to.

Came here for driving test. All staffs were super friendly and efficient. My instructor Anthony was very professional in instruction during the driving test.

Long wait, too many customers, not enough staff, not enough seats. Its organised more like a cafe than a Govt office. Very inefficient place. I only wanted to by a learners rule book, had to wait 40 minutes. How about an express lane.

Employees talk to each other in different languages in front of you when discussing your case. I have been there twice for same case and they weren’t helpful. Called up ServiceNSW helpline and they advised Hornsby staff should have done better, also was directed to another service center. From personal experience I dont not recommend this place.Bad customer services from 1. Shida2. The manager - couldnt catch the name

Always busy but I am usually seen at a counter in 5 mins. Staff are happy and polite. Easy place to deal with and helpful

The idea behind Service NSW is good but like many government projects it fails in the execution. Because it covers so many government transactions you can be stuck there for a hour waiting to renew a license (a 5 minute transaction once you actually make it to the counter) while numerous people are served ahead of you with more complex transactions. You’d think by now that they would have sorted out the queueing and service model but alas…

They asked me to come back literally 4" times! For an issue that they could (should) easily fix the first time.Very poor customer service. Best of all

Booked 11:00am today online driving test, get there at 10:25, waited until 11:15 they called my number to the service desk. The staff checked the passport and said their printer can’t take new passport photos. Only can take Birth certificate. I waited for a long time. They didn’t tell me in the beginning when check ID. Isn’t that very frustrating for such a service, they don’t even allow me to swap the time with next one. Only tell me that I can only book for another day. I cannot accept the reason that new passport cannot be accepted and they don’t inform people in advance and don’t allow to wait for me for 20 min to get the birth certificate from home. They made me waited there for more than 45 minutes!
