Excellent service! I emailed Lucretia looking for a spare part for an LED light that had been damaged in an electrical surge. They replied promptly and offered to send the part out for delivery immediately. I decided to save on the delivery fee and picked up the part myself. They had the part ready and waiting for me to pick up so I was in and out in 30 seconds. I also remember that they were great to deal with when I placed an order a number of years ago. Again, I wanted to save money on delivery so I was going to pick up my order, however they took to time to check if my vehicle was big enough (it wasn't!) before letting me drive out to their warehouse. They worked with me to get the items I ordered to my house in time for the electrician I had booked. Everyone was very friendly too.
