Hunter Region Business Hub

As a Marketing and Client Relationship Officer, I just attended an Email Marketing Zoom session on behalf of the Business I work for. The information was excellent and if you are a small business I would highly recommend utilizing the education provided by the Hunter Region Business Hub. I have attended a few webinars and they have all been full of super helpful and educational tips. The team consisting of Kimberlie, Rochelle and Pip are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and all are engaging speakers. I highly recommend contacting them and receiving their updates on upcoming webinars, or arranging to meet with them to discuss your small business needs.

I setting up a Health and Wellness Coaching business and I am a Computer novice. I am so grateful to Rachelle for all her amazing assistance. Her teaching skills are fantastic and is so enthusiastic. Rochelle's instructions are so clear. With her guidance I now have my files organized for clients and my Tax is up to date. I am now working on Facebook Page. As a small business owner that has recently relocated to the Hunter region, having this amazing free service has been invaluable as we have had to start from scratch to build up our clientele. I have had a few digital solution programs via webinars covering social media, marketing and website enhancement. Troy really rescued me when Facebook shut me down. My personal account was hacked and awful content was uploaded by the hacker so not only was my personal account shut down but all my business accounts including instagram. It really impacted my business and no one could help. Thinking I had to start again I wanted some advice as to best security... but I got more help than I was expecting. Troy was able to tell me how I might get all original accounts back....omg!!! And then helped me set up better security. I have been singing his praises ever since. Great advice and they are helping me with some other annoying issues I have on the digital side. Wonderful service...Thank you so much.

Excellent resource centre at Kurri Kurri with practical and affordable help available for established businesses, startups and those considering opening or buying a business.Regular workshops and good training facilities are available for hire too.Highly recommended.
