Steve is an awesome local reliable builder. We first contacted him a few years ago for a unique job of removing an old air con unit out of a wall and gyprocking and patching brickwork. He did an excellent job the first time and every time since. We have engaged him for a number of building repairs and renovations around the house, he always has excellent service, responds and quotes quickly and does an amazing job. We have had him review and repair leaks through the crazy weather this year (where he attended quickly to help us resolve the issue) and did an amazing job painting our carport to make it look brand new. I highly recommend him for work in the Unanderra, farmborough heights and Wollongong area! No job is too big or too small.

Steve at Blaqmore Built was very professional and was able to help us with removing an old floor to ceiling window and replacing it with a smaller window. He took his time to do the job well and left the worksite looking spotless when he left. I will definitely be asking for his help with our next little renovation project down the track.

Since buying our older home I have had a few tradesmen make promises, not turn up, or simply be unable to do the unique job that we required. Steve showed up, was on time, kept in contact and fixed our problem which was a challenging one. He could also sense my concern with this problem and my new home owner anxiety in general, alleviating both with his manner and workmanship.
