I have had a chance to deal with pathologist, doctor and reception staff in the last couple of days. I found them all extremely helpful and lovely to deal with. I am glad I picked this surgery, when I moved to Grafton.

Dr anachuna basically knocked out every single one of my patient rightshe is somewhat negligent as a doctorAnd fails to do even basic standard testing he just 'decides' mostly what is wrong with you and what you will do about itIf your not lucky You'll need a doctor after you've visited this doctorI even tried to speak with him about our issues and he got really smirky and rude and unprofessional

I was told they were a bulk billing practice by one of their own staff over the phone, it says on their window that they are a bulk billing service but they absolutely are not.

Seen a few various Doctors here for the past year! Absolutely satisfied with the treatments they’ve helped not only me, my husband and four children with. Dr Parvez Sherasia is outstanding. He works tirelessly to help me with my pregnancy, he genuinely cares for me as a patient and helps with all my questions and needs. Also the blood lady is always kind and gentle and great to have a good laugh with! Love the work. Nice to have lovely people helping our local community!

Wasn’t happy that I was assured by the receptionist that I would be seen for an appointment by a certain time as I let her know I had another appointment an hour later. I was told I would be first in after doctor’s break and definitely be out of there by 2.20 for my next appointment. This was not the case at all after waiting and waiting and had to leave without seeing doctor. Was given no apology by receptionists and were very uncaring about situation and told me someone else was put in first. Doctor there however was quite nice and apologetic when I had to come back later.

The doctors a great however the office staff are rude and grossly incompetent creating a barrier to accessing care.
