Dan provided expert information over the phone in relation to problems with my Saxon Heat Pump. The issue with my heat pump was resolved without Dan having to attend and I would highly recommend him to anyone who requires maintenance or installation of Heat Pumps. His knowledge of the system and professionalism was outstanding.

Fantastic service! After having companies who couldn't even be bothered to contact me back Dan was a breath of fresh air! He got back to me with-in 24 hours of my original request, came out to inspect the system, put in a temporary fix to get us out of trouble, then found and ordered in the part for my old Quantum Heat Pump system and installed it the next day. Great communication, great service, very highly recommended!

Highly recommended. Dan came and spent quite a bit longer than the 1/2 hour labor include in the service call to get an old heat pump working, but only charged basic service fee. After service support and advice was also excellent.

I only have lots of positive feedback for Dan from Performance Heat Pumps. He came out quickly to do a quote and was able to start the job of replacing our 15 year old air conditioner within a few days. Due to it's age, being on the old gas and some water leaks in the pipes the job took the best part of 3 days, longer than expected. As we don't live on site, Dan was excellent in keeping us informed of the issues and his progress via phone calls and text messages with photos. He even patched and painted the internal wall as the new AC unit was a different size. Dan had to do a lot additional work and only charged us a small amount above his additional quote. I highly recommend Dan and Performance Heat Pumps .

Dan repaired my Rheem 325 heat pump after a quick diagnosis. He is very knowledgeable and would highly recommend for any heat pump repairs or issues.

I hired Dan to fix my Saxon 400 heat pump hot water system. It was not heating up the water. Dan arrived same day and without wasting time, started analyzing possible causes. Within few minutes he figured it out it was dead capacitor. He was very friendly, honest (charged only 30 minutes) and professional. No hesitation in recommending him.

We had an issue with our Hot Water system and AC in our bedroom. Dan fixed the Hot Water system the day after our phone call, which was excellent service. The AC could not be fixed, and he replaced it for a good price.
