Absolutely appalled with how myself and my daughter were treated by the receptionist Jacki. She treated us as if we were stupid and talked down to us like we were children multiple times. She neglected to wear a mask upon our arrival although it is still a legal requirement, and then had the audacity to tell ME to sanitise MY hands before entering, as if I am some unclean creature. A receptionist is the first person a patient sees when entering a practice, and Jacki has now completely tarnished the clinic for me, my friends and my family, and as such, we will most certainly not be returning to the Pittsworth OR Toowoomba clinic. I sincerely hope that she sees this and can reflect on how her actions can impact the patients she deals with. I also hope she is reprimanded sufficiently for the way she treated us today. Absolutely disgusting.

Friendly and got the cleaning done at a fair quote and keeps the tooth and gums healthy. Very thorough dentist.
